The Gospel According to Jimmy

Please turn to chapter 1, verse 1 in the book of Talarico: “And the Lord God looked down upon his people, seeking the purest of vessels to plant the seed of what would be His only son. He sought out Mary, a chaste woman, unscathed and unblemished. Upon finding her, He exclaimed, ‘Mary, Thou is seeking the embodiment of perfection in which to plant a seed to conceive My only Son, who shall be the Savior of all mankind. With your consent, I shall plant this seed.’ To this, Mary replied: ‘My Lord and my God! This consent you are seeking to plant this seed, I shall pray upon and ponder. After all, my God and My Lord, You have given me this body, and with it, the choices I, and only I, can make. And perhaps, upon my choice, this seed you plant may be non-binary to serve all of humankind.’ ”

Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico pretty much agrees with this narrative. A populist from the religious left and a Presbyterian seminarian, Talarico represents the sleaziest type of politician in existence.

He is a serpent disguising himself with angel wings.

Talarico’s resounding win over Jasmine Crockett in the primary has catapulted his stock and has given hope to his unseemly party. But his brand of religion is poisonous. Anyone who distorts the Word of God to satisfy their own needs is a wicked narcissist. No matter who you are or what faith you practice, the Bible is very clear in its passages about morality and God’s law. Those who are following man’s law must not cloud it by bastardizing the Word of the Lord. Talarico’s lunacy about there being six genders, God being non-binary, and Mary giving her “consent” to God as being an overture that abortion should be a woman’s choice is simply sacrilegious.

We can argue all day about the legality of abortion, gay marriage, and transgender rights. However, favoring their legality can never be argued by invoking the word of God. This can only be done from a secular point of view. Talarico may want to refer to the actual Bible and go to Genesis 19: 27-28 and study the following Scripture, courtesy of the King James Bible:

“And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the LORD: And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.”

This is not a ringing endorsement of debauchery and rampant homosexuality.

Talarico has every right to hold his far-left points of view. This is America. But he is trampling on very dangerous ground when he conflates his positions with those of the Almighty. What’s even more dangerous is the influence and sway he holds over those who are morally confused and want the Good Book to say only what they want to hear – moral relativism. The baby-faced Bible bastardizer is no different than a perverted groomer who tampers with children and minors to make the innocents perform lewd sexual acts on them, displaying crude control over their bodies and minds. Instead of the physical, the “seminarian” does it with their minds and souls, which is even more dangerous.

Talarico will hopefully – and likely – be defeated in November. It is quite doubtful that Texas voters will buy into his reckless religiosity or his looney liberalism. But many years from now, Talarico will have to answer to a being far more powerful than all the voters in the Lone Star State, and for that matter the world, combined. He may find out the hard way that God created man and woman and only man and woman.

Furthermore, Talarico may also learn that God does not have to get man’s consent to do what He wishes.
